JOB TITLE: Head, Information Technology

LOCATION: Lagos

REPORTS TO: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

WORK RELATIONSHIPS: Clients/Vendors and All Employees

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading and overseeing the IT department to deliver software, infrastructure and architecture that meets the needs of users, in line with best practice. Develop and deliver a strategic technological vision and direction for the Group, and effectively communicate project lifecycles to all stakeholders.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum of 2:2 Bachelor’s or Upper Credit HND degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related course from a reputable institution

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be proficient in the use of React, however View JS is an added advantage

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

• React
• View JS
• PMP

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role
• Demonstrable experience in leading a team
• Experience developing and executing IT policies, procedures and familiarity with best practice
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial services firm.
