Brown Uzoukwu

Brown Uzoukwu is a Human Capital Development enthusiast and a Product Development expert with an obsession with leaving people and systems better than he met them. He started of his career with a professional service company where he led various culture transformation projects for several organizations in Lagos and the in the South eastern part of Nigeria. Brown also serves as the Head of Career Connect (A non -profit Community of Christian Professionals powered by David’s Christian Center. He is also a certified Teen Mentor. An Alumni of the Lagos Business School and the Henley Business School, UK, Brown is currently serves as a Senior Product Manager with a Fintech startup in Nigeria . He lives in Lagos Nigeria.

Henry Onyezi

A seasoned IT professional with over 9 years of experience across various IT spectrum, managing large and diverse technical teams and worked on several IT projects and digital products with different technology and telecommunication companies in Nigeria and beyond. He has a B.Eng degree from Madonna University, Masters in Business Administration(MBA) from University of SouthWales UK, Master in Information Technology (in view) from University of Lagos. Henry is currently Country Lead managing Business and Technical Operations for Dotgo Limited a subsidiary of Gupshup Inc, a multinational Tech company headquartered in the US.

Jonathan is a Sales and Strategy Development enthusiast. He started off his career with an online marketplace company where he created an effective onboarding experience for new and existing customers. He is a trained Strategist with over 7 years experience cutting across Sales Strategy, Marketing Strategy , Customer Relationship Management and Customer Retention.. He is currently the Head of Corporate Sales at Pulse Nigeria , a Media and Marketing company based in Lagos. Jonathan also serves as the Assistant Head Of Department at Job Bureau (A non -profit Community of Christian Professionals powered by David’s Christian Center.) He is an Alumni of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing(NIM), Institute of Customer Relationship Management (ICRM), and the Chartered Institute of Marketing(CIM).

Mark Akpaibor

Mark Akpaibor is currently the Group Head of Tax & Transfer pricing at Tropical General Investment (TGI) Group, a conglomerate operating in the areas of manufacturing, processing, packaging and trading of consumable products. TGI group is the parent company of Chi Farms, Cormart Ltd, West African Soy Industries Ltd (WASIL), WACOT Ltd etc. Prior to this role he worked at Mondelēz International (parent company of Cadbury Nigeria Plc), Coca-Cola Hellenic Company, Unilever Nigeria Plc, KPMG professional service and the banking industry, in various roles and functions. He is a graduate of Covenant University Ota with a BSc (2nd class upper) degree in Economics. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). With a career spanning over 15 years, he is an expert in consumer markets, finance, tax management, organizational structuring, team building and management. He is also the Managing Partner of AcePoint Consulting, a growing consulting outfit with clients in different industries. He is happily married with children.

Nneka Jethro-Iruobe is an Associate Director with a Professional Services firm in Lagos, Nigeria. As an expert HR Professional, she’s enjoyed her work and career of about 15 years in one of the most challenging environments and has thrived. She’s happily married (a product of office romance) and combines marriage, motherhood, ministry and money-making in this adventurous journey of life. Nneka believes that employees deserve to be happy at work especially because employees spend upwards of 70% of their waking hours at and around work and happiness at and with work is essential to mental wellbeing and productivity. Nneka believes that the principles to be happy at work are universal and can be learnt. She loves to share these principles via IG Live Sessions, Seminars, Webinars and at Company Events. She advocates that career professionals must be deliberate about building Respectful and Rewarding Relationships with their bosses through proven frameworks and strategies while being intentional about maximising & leveraging their salaries for the highest returns.
